1. Privacy Policy

Thank you for using the iPlan application ("App"). This privacy policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the App.

iPlan uygulamasını kullandığınız için teşekkür ederiz. Bu gizlilik politikası, toplanan kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.

• Data Collected: Name, profile picture, email, friend list, plan/event data, and memory photos.
  İsim, profil fotoğrafı, e-posta, arkadaş listesi, plan verileri ve fotoğraflar.
• Data Usage: Your data is used strictly to allow you to create shared plans with your friends and socialize. It is never sold to third parties.
  Verileriniz yalnızca arkadaşlarınızla plan yapmanız için kullanılır. Üçüncü taraflara satılmaz.
• Storage & Deletion: Your data is securely stored using Firebase. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed.
  Hesabınızı sildiğinizde, verileriniz tamamen kalıcı olarak silinir.

2. KVKK / GDPR Notice

In accordance with data protection laws (including KVKK in Turkey), your personal data is processed by iPlan as the data controller.

6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu uyarınca kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla iPlan tarafından işlenmektedir.

By registering, you consent to the App requesting notification and camera/photo permissions (only if you explicitly grant them). You have the right to request deletion or modification of your data at any time.

Kayıt olarak bildirim ve fotoğraf erişimine (izin verdiğiniz takdirde) onay vermiş sayılırsınız. Verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme hakkınız bulunmaktadır.

3. End User License Agreement (EULA)

The App is subject to the Standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA). There is a Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable content or abusive users. Violators will be permanently banned.

Uygulama, standart Apple Lisans Sözleşmesi hükümlerine tabidir. Rahatsız edici içerik paylaşan kullanıcılar (Sıfır Tolerans) süresiz uzaklaştırılır.
